TestTrack Server System Requirements

Article ID: 356  |  Last updated: 03 Jan, 2017

This article provides minimum processor and operating system requirements for the current version of the TestTrack Server application. The attached PDF file provides processor speed, RAM, and hard drive space recommendations for the TestTrack Server based on the total number of records and number of concurrently logged in users across all projects. Following the recommendations helps ensure optimal server performance. Running the TestTrack Server on a slower computer can impact performance and cause locking errors.

Tip: The Startup.log file contains information about the TestTrack Server computer CPU and the number of records across all projects hosted on the server. The file is stored in the same directory as the TestTrack Server application.

Windows

  • Server 2003, Vista, Server 2008, 7, Server 2012, 8, 8.1, 10, Server 2016
  • Pentium PC

  • Pentium PC

Note: TestTrack projects and the server database can be stored in TestTrack native (SQLite) or another RDBMS format. See TestTrack RDBMS Support for information about supported platforms, database vendors, and versions.
