Track Multiple Instances of an Issue as One
When an issue is reported more than once, TestTrack Pro tracks all instances as a single issue. Information specific to each instance is tracked with the record, including who reported it, when it was reported, how to reproduce it, file attachments, and other descriptive information. This provides better metrics and improved product planning. With multiple instance tracking, you have a more accurate count of the number of unique issues you need to fix. And, when used to track feature requests, you can prioritize features based on the number of times they are requested. The details of each customer's requests are stored in one feature request.

TestTrack Pro includes commands to merge issues into one record and to split issues into separate records.
File Attachments
Attach data files, screen shots, requirements, or any other type of file to TestTrack Pro issues and quickly view or retrieve any attached file. Thumbnail views makes it easier to find an image when multiple images are attached to an issue. You can also paste images from the clipboard into defects as new file attachments.

Visual Studio Integration
TestTrack Pro integrates with popular IDEs, including Visual Studio .NET, using the TestTrack add-in. Work with defects and work items, and link source code changes to the defects they address or the feature requests they implement, without leaving the Visual Studio IDE.

Manage Assigned Tasks in the Workbook
TestTrack Pro's workbook helps you stay organized by providing an easy way to track defects, feature requests, and other tasks that are assigned to you. You can also add project-related tasks to the workbook. For example, you can add a task to remind you about project notes that need to be completed for a meeting. All of your assigned tasks appear in your workbook. Workbook tasks are private and are not shared with other users.

Project Templates
TestTrack Pro lets you use existing project databases as templates for your next project. All information, except the issue records, is used to populate the new project database. Sample project templates are also installed with TestTrack Pro to help you get started.

Spell Check
TestTrack Pro's built-in spell check allows you to easily check your spelling in text fields. You can add words to the dictionary and customize TestTrack Pro's spell check options. Dictionaries are available in three English dialects, and ten non-English languages. Two medical dictionaries are also available.

Stamp Inline Comments
Use stamps to indicate your changes or comments in multi-line text fields, such as a defect description. Stamps help other users quickly identify comments added to a field, which are not tracked individually in the record history. By default, a stamp includes your name and the current date.

Bulk Field Changes
TestTrack Pro's bulk field change command makes it easy to change multiple records at the same time.

Automatic Client Upgrades
Automatic client upgrades make it much easier for administrators to roll out TestTrack Pro upgrades. Instead of manually upgrading all instances of the TestTrack Client, users are prompted to upgrade when they log in and are guided through the installation process.

Software Update Notifications
Simply configure the TestTrack Server to automatically check for software updates and it will email you when new versions are available. Administrators are equipped with the information they need to stay current with maintenance and feature releases.
