Licensing Options

Seapine offers three ways to license TestTrack: in the cloud, on-site subscription, and on-site perpetual (the traditional model). We also offer the flexibility of named licenses, floating licenses, or a combination of the two.

Cloud Licenses

Cloud licenses are managed by the Seapine Cloud team and are hosted on Microsoft Windows Azure cloud services.

  • One-year commitment, minimum 10 users
  • Term of the cloud commitment can be extended before the expiration period
  • Additional licenses can be added at any time
  • Technical support and product upgrades (maintenance) included for the duration of the subscription

Subscription Licenses

Subscription licenses are hosted on your premises and are only valid for a specific period of time defined at the time of purchase.

  • Additional licenses can be added at any time
  • Technical support and product upgrades (maintenance) included for the duration of the subscription

Perpetual Licenses

Perpetual licenses are a one-time purchase of the license, followed by an annual Premium Care renewal to receive upgrades and technical support.

Premium Care

Premium Care support protects your software investment by providing technical support and all related product upgrades for an annual price. Equivalent to many companies' top-tier support programs, Premium Care makes it easy for you to keep TestTrack up to date.

The first year of Premium Care support is required with purchases of perpetual licenses and adds 20% to the price. It is included at no additional cost with subscription and cloud licenses.
