Seapine offers two ways to license Helix ALM:
Perpetual licenses are a one-time purchase of the license, followed by an annual Premium Care (maintenance) renewal to receive upgrades and technical support.
Subscription licenses are hosted on your premises and additional licenses can be added at any time. Technical support and product upgrades (maintenance) are included for the duration of the subscription.

Premium Care support protects your software investment by providing technical support and all related product upgrades for an annual price. Equivalent to many companies' top-tier support programs, Premium Care makes it easy for you to keep Helix ALM up to date.
The first year of Premium Care support is required with purchases of perpetual licenses and adds 20% to the price. It is included at no additional cost with subscription and cloud licenses.
