| Customer Story: OPTI Medical Systems |
|

|
|
OPTI Medical Systems designs and manufactures Class II devices for analyzing blood gases in medical testing. These analyzers incorporate embedded processors with software that acquires data, then interprets and displays results for medical evaluation.
Software development manager Bryan Prather wanted his team to become more responsive to the needs of OPTI Medical's marketing organization, and by extension their customers. He believed his group could improve responsiveness by adopting Agile—even within the context of embedded systems and an FDA regulatory environment.
After researching Agile training options, Prather decided that Seapine Software's Agile Essentials for Project Teams class fit their needs. This two-day class provided a hands-on approach to learning about Agile thinking, key roles on an Agile team, how to participate in an Agile team, and Agile project success factors.

QA Wizard Pro 2012 includes stress testing, which allows you to disable your network adapter or even limit the available memory while you are running your automated scripts. You'll now be able to see how your application will respond when the host operating system runs out of disk space or loses network connectivity. You can also limit the amount of available memory.
Watch the following video to learn how to use stress testing and see an example of how an application's behavior changes when certain stress features are enabled.
