SoloBug Does Not Start if TestTrack is Not Installed

Problem

SoloBug does not start on a Windows computer that TestTrack is not installed on. The following error is returned when you start SoloBug:

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this issue.

Cause

The Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Runtime Libraries, which are required to run SoloBug, are not installed.

Solution

Download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
