Tracked Emails Are Not Displayed on the Email Tab in TestTrack Pro Web

Note: The following information only applies to TestTrack 2013.0.2 and earlier.


Tracked emails are not displayed on the Email tab, when running TestTrack Pro Web on a Mozilla-based browser, such as Firefox.


The code that controls what is displayed on the Email tab is stored in a JavaScript file. When a new version of TestTrack is installed on the server, the corresponding JavaScript files are not updated correctly.


  1. Log out of TestTrack Web then close the browser.
  2. Delete all locally cached browser files.
  3. Log back into TestTrack Web. Tracked emails should now be displayed on the Email tab.
