Safari has a known issue with caching JavaScript files used to display Web-based help. The help tool vendor is aware of the issue but has not yet fixed it.

You can use one of the following workarounds to view help files:

  • Choose Safari > Empty Cache after opening a help page<
  • Close and restart Safari to clear the cache
  • Use a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox
