Retrieving Global Users in TestTrack

Problem

You added global users to the Seapine License Server, but the users cannot access TestTrack.

Cause

Users added to the Seapine License Server are not automatically added to TestTrack.

Solution

Retrieve the global users to TestTrack.

  1. Log in to TestTrack as an administrator with license server rights.
  2. Choose View > Users.
  3. Click Retrieve Global User.
  4. Select the user you want to add to TestTrack and click Add.

Note: Make sure you also add the user to a security group.
