"User able to login in Licence Server but not Client"

Hello !

Strange thing...

I added a user to my list of Global Users and selected 'User can administer all license server functions' in Security tab.

I can use this user to login in License Server Admin, but if I try to login in the Cient, I get "The username or password you entered is not valid. Please enter a valid username and password."

Both server and client are version 2010.1.1 Build 16 (Windows). The problematic user is associated with a 2-user named license and the other user on that license has no problem logging in the Client.

What am I doing wrong ?

Any help / ideas would be appreciated

Bruno G.

Did you add them to a security group in Surround?
