"can't access linux server from the web"


          

Background:
I have the ttpro license and server running on a linux centos vitrual machine
the Windows client accesses all the way (license server admin, server admin, windows client) no problem

Bug I am trying to access the TTpro through the web and I encounter the following:
1. Try to login:
2. Entering "administrator" & no password results in this:

Server Connection Errors:
A connection to TestTrack Server "default" could not be established. Please verify that the TestTrack Server is running.

3. From another angle: try to login to the web admin interface:
Where do I setup another Server other than Default, or set up default correctly?
4. Attempting to login will result in this:

Cannot connect to TestTrack Server. Either the server is down or the connection parameters are not valid.

I looked at the documentation but could not find a solution

well - figured out where the default server is set
/etc/ttstudio.conf

I changed this value:
ServerAddress:127.0.0.1
to:
ServerAddress:147.233.40.22

did not help

Have you checked this knowledge base article?

This may also be a configuration issue with the Web Server. The ServerAddress tells the ttcgi where the TestTrack Server is located. You should also ensure the ServerPort: setting is correct.

Is the Web Server on the same computer as the TestTrack Server?
