"Adding A Custom Field To A Static SoloSubmit Page"

I have created an external static SoloSubmit page that works fine except for a custom field I added. In TestTrack I created a custom field called "URL". According to TT, the field code is "%Z_URL%". In the HTML form I created, I have tried naming the field every possible combination of possabilities. Z_URL, URL both fail to work. What should the form field name be. Again, this is a form external to the actual TT server. The action page points to the TT server..

Thanks.

When used as a template the solobumit field codes like %PROD% are transformed. They are modified into something without percent signs that will look like "field_1".

You need to replace the %field% with the "field_num" value if you are using Static pages.

The documentation lists all the static values for field numbers starting on page 17 of the documentation. The Custom field code is harder to know, the numbering is sequential starting at 100, so field_101 would be a custom field name.

Typically, the easiest way to get static field values is to access Solosubmit through the loginsolosubmit.htm page and do a view source when the report-a-bug page comes up. The field values will be listed here.
