I get below error on dashboard for sample ALM "traditional template" and also on "Scrum Template"

"Cannot view widget due to licensing" error

How do I fix this?

Some of the dashboard widgets in the sample projects are setup to display information from the Issue management, Test case management, and Requirement management products. Any widget that is displaying information from a product that you do not have a license for will display a message of "Cannot view widget due to licensing." For example, the widget is displaying test case management data but you don't have a Helix TCM license.

This will generally occur in one of two situations:
1. You do not have a license assigned to you in the Helix ALM License Server (ex: you are assigned a Helix IM license but not a Helix TCM or Helix RM license). In this situation, you should talk to your administrator to get a license assigned to your username.
2. You are assigned a license for all three products, but when you login you uncheck one of the license types on the project selection screen. Users will sometimes do this if they are assigned a floating license and they are trying not to use a floating license for some of the Helix ALM products.
