I have created a filter on SCM UI.  Was wondering if there is a way to GET branch with a specific filter via command line?

There is not an easy way to do this. The CLI get command does have some ability to filter the output files by using the -a, -l, -s, or -v parameters as well as the ability to use wildcards in the filename field, but that is not the same as using a filter.

In the Surround SCM CLI you could run an "sscm ls -fFilterName" command to get a list of the files that pass the filter criteria, but you would then need to parse the output of the "sscm ls" command to perform specific SCM operations such as get.
