We are using TestTrack 2014.1.2 Build 25.  One of our users got married and I am attempting to change their Username.  I was able to update all other fields.  But when I attempt to update the Username, I get the expected warning about the name change.  When I click Yes to continue, I get a message "An error occurred when accessing the database".  I tried to update the information on the License Server as it is documented.  But, the field is not editable except in TestTrack.  I searched the knowledgebase and did not find any information.  Is this a known issue and has it been fixed in a later release?

The TestTrack Solution works with the Seapine License Server to manage and store users as well as their details.

Now you have to enable the server option in the License Server to allow renaming of usernames. Have you checked this option in the server option (inside the License Server Admin Utility)?

Once that is allowed you can rename the username with the other details as required.
Now it sounds like you are getting some sort of database error. Please email the LSStartup.log file and your Server Log (export it first) from the License Server to our support team and they will point you to the resolution.
