This is likely the same root problem as the "Error Getting file: Archive error code: -9117" error from your other post. It seems that the SCM Server is unable to receive the file from the SCM Client. There is probably a configuration issue with the server's temp directory, such as lack of disk space or security access. I would suggest looking in the server log for more details.
