The company’s development team currently uses Seapine’s TestTrack Pro in its software development process to efficiently track and manage defects and issues when building content and knowledge management solutions for its customers. The recent implementation of Seapine’s TestTrack RM, TestTrack TCM, and Surround SCM now enable the Ovitas development organization to manage the critical phases of its development lifecycle, from managing project requirements to creating test cases to resolving defects, as well as managing the software change process.
